About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated Sales & marketing executive to join our team at Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, market development, sales target achievement, and relationship management. Candidates with experience in FMCG or the food industry will be preferred.
Role & responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Promote company products and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure effective market coverage and territory management.
- Follow up on customer payments and support collection activities.
- Provide timely sales reports, market feedback, and business updates to management.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or MBA in marketing or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
