What You’ll Do
- Drive business growth by identifying, developing and securing new customers.
- Lead commercial strategy to increase revenue, improve profitability and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop marketing and brand presence, helping modernise and grow the business's profile within the industry.
- Build and manage key relationships with customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders to create long-term partnerships.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to help scale the business and support the owner's transition away from day-to-day operations.

- Experience within medical devices or a related technical industry.
