Sales and Customer Service at European Wax Center, you will use your expertise and product knowledge to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! Our comprehensive training will provide you with all the tools you need, and to show our appreciation, we offer competitive pay and performance incentives throughout your career.
In this role you will:
- Assess guest needs and provide information on product features and Wax Pass benefits.
- Achieve company sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
- Receive the tools you need to become a rockstar sales associate and maximize your income.

Requirements:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
- A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
- Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
- Talent for providing exceptional customer service.
- A professional appearance at all times
- An Associate who takes pride in their work and will uphold Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center core values
