A foundational knowledge of Maison policies and procedures, along with an interest in Jewelry & Watchmaking, would be a plus.
What are we expecting from you? Role Reporting to the Boutique Operations Manager, you will be a vital part of the boutique team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of back-office operations and contributing to an exceptional client experience. Your role will be to:

Operational Management & Support:

Manage cash and billing procedures, including POS, float, and bank deposits.

Prepare and maintain various activity reports (reservation, consignment, stock, sales reconciliation, traffic).

Order and manage consumables for the boutique (drinks, chocolates, flowers).

Contribute to efficient document management (invoices, archives, mails).

Handle relationships with external third-parties (e.g., energy & utilities providers, intermediaries).

Take ownership of digital tools topics when the Operations & Sales Manager is unavailable.

Ensure strict compliance with Maison's policies and procedures.

Client Service & Experience Contribution:

Support client experience by welcoming clients and managing their waiting time, offering refreshments, catalogues or boutique tours when relevant.

Follow up on cost estimates with Sales Associates and manage related processes (acceptance, modification, returns).

Act as a key point of contact for the platform/workshop.

Perform specific customer service activities allowed in the boutique (e.g., shining, engraving).

Team Collaboration & Development:

Actively contribute to a positive team spirit and participate in day-to-day boutique life.

Provide support for event organization and Maison identity initiatives.

Raise awareness on back-office activities among the sales team and assist in training backups.

Continuously develop personal knowledge and skills, including Maison products and policies.
