PMFTC is seeking talented individuals to join our Field Sales Force . In this role, you will serve as the administrative advisor to the regional Sales Team—supporting the Sales Manager of your assigned sales office and enabling informed, policy‑aligned decisions through efficient administrative and operational support.
Impact You’ll Own
- Ensure seamless Sales Office operations by maintaining accurate sales files, managing administrative requirements, and keeping essential resources readily available for the Sales team.
- Support employee and business needs by serving as the primary HR and administrative liaison, facilitating inquiries, coordinating requirements, and enabling efficient workforce operations.
- Drive smooth execution of events and travel arrangements through effective coordination with stakeholders, ensuring timely logistics support and a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the regional Sales leadership team by managing supplies, inventory, and purchase orders
- Act as the Sales Office HR focal point, handling employee inquiries, requirements, and coordination.
- Coordinate events and travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics and support for employees and visitors.
Skills & Capabilities
- College Degree
- Organization & Time Management – Able to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in documents, reports, and data entry.
- Communication Skills – Clear written and verbal communication for emails, memos, and coordination.
- Multitasking – Can handle several tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professionalism & Confidentiality – Handles sensitive information responsibly.
- Processing requests, supplies, and office logistics
