You will play an important role in helping customers solve complex analytical challenges through chromatography solutions. Whether supporting laboratories, environmental testing organizations, or scientific research teams, your expertise will help drive customer success and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in the market. We're looking for a technically skilled professional who enjoys applying scientific knowledge in a practical, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers using chromatography equipment and related solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise on analytical and environmental chemistry applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and customer success initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

What You Need

  • Strong knowledge of chromatography techniques and instrumentation – required
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to customers – required
  • Customer-facing, consultative, or sales-oriented mindset – preferred
  • Experience using chromatography equipment – required
  • Experience selling scientific or laboratory instrumentation – preferred
  • Analytical chemistry or environmental chemistry experience – required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field – required
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered – required
