About the role
Dealer Impact is currently seeking a highly self motivated individual to serve as our Account Sales Liaison. This position will be a focused sales approach of Dealer Impact's current and newly released turn key products to new and existing customers. The candidate will aid in the communication (liaison) between Dealer Impact and current customers to assure they are aware of all of the offerings that are available. This person will have the pulse on each client’s performance and satisfaction of the products they have purchased and recommend new products or services that may enhance their satisfaction and keep retention high. This position will also require contacting non-existing customers via phone and email to sell them on trying and/or buying our products and services.
Primary Objectives And Responsibilities Must have great oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Communicate with all clients periodically to assure product performance.
Communicate and up-sell clients on new products as they are released.
Cold Call new prospective clients to gain market share.
Ability to do online Presentations/Webinars via Web Ex
Meet performance goals set by management.
Requirements Computer Skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Browser Internet software
Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication and presentation skills
General Marketing knowledge
Salesforce.com and Webex experience a plus

Base Pay $30,000 Annually, Plus Commission - Potential could be six figures.
Education And Experience Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to two plus years of experience in related area. Must be willing to relocate to the Des Moines area.
