Leading the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise safety programs across more than 100 field locations, distribution operations, and fleet activities is the core of this role. This position converts safety strategy into consistent field execution by maintaining the safety operating rhythm, directing regional Safety Specialist work, managing the Safety Captain and Driver Ambassador programs, and coordinating with various internal departments.
