About the role

Responsibilities
- Review user interactions, customer signals, and related content to identify potential policy concerns
- Apply established safeguards workflows and policy guidelines with accuracy and consistency
- Partner with strategy, policy, and threat intelligence teams to surface trends, identify gaps, and support classifier improvements
- Prepare clear weekly updates and reports on operational activity and workflow outcomes
- Respond to customer communications and appeals related to policy enforcement
- Provide surge support for review and content labeling as operational needs change
- Handle cross-functional requests and share timely insights to support team priorities
