Your Role
- Act as the first face of this new SaaS product with potential customers
- Conduct demos, presentations, and webinars to create excitement & understanding
- Build early customer relationships, partnerships, and sales pipelines
- Provide feedback from the field to the product & leadership team to refine positioning
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in SaaS / B2B business development
- Excellent presentation & relationship-building skills (CXO-level engagement preferred)
- Background in HR Tech, Productivity SaaS, or Consulting is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset – excited about being an early hire in a new venture
