About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-house business, payment, distribution, and management systems (Ruby)
- Handle new development and enhancement requests
- Perform additional development and maintenance
- Conduct maintenance development, operation, and maintenance, and create API infrastructure
- Work on backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Cover design, manufacturing, and testing phases
Requirements
- Practical experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails design and development
- Experience in API development and web development
- For non-native Japanese speakers, Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 skill level or higher

Important Details
- Schedule: 9:00 to 18:00
- Overtime: Approximately 20 hours per month
- Special overtime clause: Up to 6 hours per day, 6 times a year, with a limit of 80 hours per month and 720 hours per year for development issues/delays
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 124 days
- Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays
- Contract: Permanent
- Probation period: 6 months
- Transfer: Possible, may include working at client sites in the future
