RPA Developer – Blue Prism
Location: BGC, Taguig

We are looking for an RPA Developer with at least 3 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism. Blue Prism is the primary requirement, while experience with other RPA tools and technologies is an advantage.
ASAP candidates are highly prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Design and implement automation workflows based on business requirements.
- Develop reusable processes, business objects, and automation components.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Conduct testing and support deployment of automation solutions.
- Monitor and optimize automated processes for performance and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation and support production processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of RPA development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
- Solid understanding of RPA development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience in process and object development, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of exception handling, work queues, scheduling, and automation workflows.
- Basic SQL and database integration knowledge.
- Experience with APIs, web services, or system integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
