Position: Roving Teller
Office Location: Bacolod City - Lacson, Bacolod, Negros Occidental
Job Summary: The Roving Teller responsible in the following functions such as Deposit Pick-up and Cash Delivery to/from Clients, Branches, and Cash Centers, including Off-site ATM Cash Loading and BSP Servicing.
What You'll Do
- Perform cash pick-up and delivery services , ensuring accurate handling and secure transport of cash, deposit slips, and transaction documents between clients, branches, cash centers, and BSP.
- Support BSP deposit, withdrawal, and verification activities , including preparing cash deposits, witnessing cash verification processes, and ensuring complete documentation.
- Conduct ATM cash loading, servicing, and basic troubleshooting , ensuring ATM cash availability, balance accuracy, and proper handling of cassettes, vaults, and access keys.
- Maintain security and compliance during transit and operations , safeguarding cash, vault combinations, duffel bags, and bank-issued equipment while following internal and regulatory procedures.
- Prepare reports and monitor daily operations , including trip monitoring sheets, incident reports, process improvement recommendations, and participation in weekend or holiday servicing as needed.
