Qualifications:
- Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
- Prior experience in food service operation preferred.
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
- Performs all duties associated with the set-up, delivery, and service of Room Service orders in accordance with Loews Hotels standards.
- Delivers and sets up amenity presentations and provides service for functions in Hospitality Suites.
- Checks all Room Service Orders for accuracy and completeness prior to departing kitchen.
- Obtains proper charge authorization or payment for orders delivered.
- Picks up soiled Room Service trays and carts from guestrooms and corridors as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
