Room Attendant - PART-TIME

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Room attendants engineer the in-room guest experience.

• room attendants are responsible for cleaning guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.

Financial Returns:

• Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper on what tools and supplies are needed to

work effectively.

• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers

Guest Experience:

• Understand guest’s service needs.

• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

• Clean guestrooms per brand standards.

• Maintain the housekeeping carts with items needed to clean rooms.

• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.

• Acknowledge each guest.

• Learn and adhere to all fire and emergency procedures, including procedures for handling of the fire panel, ensuring guest safety and participate in an evacuation if necessary.
