Room Attendant

About This Role

Adding Room Attendants to the team is a great opportunity to be part of an organization that believes its team members are its most important resource. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (must be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
