Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to Marriott's high standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly
• Ensure guest privacy and security by following established procedures
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver exceptional service
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
