Room Attendant

About This Role

Room Attendants work with care and attention to detail to ensure guest rooms are spotless, clean, and welcoming. This role is central to creating a safe, fresh, and comfortable environment that supports an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, floors, and living areas
• Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities
• Remove trash and used items following safety guidelines
• Report maintenance needs or room issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and work areas
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Provide friendly service when interacting with guests

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
• Able to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods
• No experience necessary; housekeeping experience is helpful
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends
