About This Role

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms is the core of this Room Attendant role. You will play a critical part in creating exceptional guest experiences in a fun, team-oriented environment. This position suits a dedicated individual who takes pride in ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Transform guest rooms into inviting accommodations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail
• Prepare beds by changing linens and remaking them with care, ensuring guests experience a welcoming and cozy atmosphere during their stay
• Anticipate guests' needs by replenishing amenities and respond to guest requests with a sense of urgency
• Polish and refresh showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom amenities to ensure a pristine and rejuvenating experience
• Inspect rooms for safety hazards and for the operating condition of equipment and report same to maintenance

Requirements

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred
• Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work
• Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines
