Room Attendant

About This Role

Room attendants with a contagious good mood and meticulous attention to detail are sought for this role. This person will ensure the comfort and well-being of guests by maintaining rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, working diligently and punctually.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean rooms with respect and care
• Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared in accordance with established standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Respond with care and attention to guests' requests and contribute, through your individuality and creativity, to constantly improving their experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for long periods
• Respect for privacy, discretion, sharp eye and very high attention to detail
• Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays
