About This Role

Maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites is the core of this role, ensuring a high quality of cleanliness and customer service for guests. The role suits a candidate with excellent customer service skills and an engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor, ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service, including cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests
• Work typical shifts that include weekends and and holidays when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality
