Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive developer sign-ups for the new Developer Hub, with a target of 3,000 sign-ups.
- Manage developer experience programs, including tutorials, webinars, and community events.
- Monitor Discord, Discourse, and other community forums for questions, feedback, and bug reports.
- Triage community feedback and partner with Product and Engineering to ensure issues are addressed.
- Communicate product updates and resolutions back to the developer community.
- Represent the company publicly and establish a strong presence within the developer ecosystem.
- Manage programs and projects, with approximately 80% execution and 20% strategy.
- Support go-to-market activities, campaign management, marketing briefs, product positioning, and storytelling.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in robotics, B2B SaaS developer communities, or Android developer programs.
- Familiarity with developer tools and ecosystems.
- Understanding of robotics technologies such as ROS, Gazebo, Python, and C++.
- Experience using GitHub, Discord, and Discourse.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
- Demonstrated maturity in handling technical discussions, community engagement, and project/program management.
- Strong skills in data analysis and synthesis, consumer behavior, situational leadership, client/partner management and advising, brand management, industry knowledge, storytelling, and go-to-market activities.
