About the role
Who we are We are responsible for developing End-to-End manipulation models and real-time Fail Safe technologies that enable robots to safely perform complex bimanual manipulation tasks.
Responsibilities In this role, we develop End-to-End manipulation models that directly predict robot control actions and implement real-time Fail Safe mechanisms to detect model uncertainty and operational anomalies, enabling action constraints, halts, retries, and safety recovery for reliable bimanual manipulation.

- Bimanual Manipulation Safety Assurance Technology Development

Minimum Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in robot manipulation using IL, RL, or VLA
- Experienced in applying learning-based manipulation technology to dual-arm robots and PoC
- C/C++, Git, Python, PyTorch
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercializing robot manipulation solutions using E2E models
- Experience in improving VLA model performance using reinforcement learning
- Experience in developing fail-safe technologies for safe manipulation
