- 4 years of hands on experience on Robot offline programming using ABB Robostudio software for ABB robot and Fanuc Roboguide software for Fanuc robot
- Develop, test, and optimize offline programs for robotic painting applications
- Create accurate 3D simulations to validate painting paths, cycle times, and robot reachability.
- Configure and fine-tune spray parameters, paint thickness, and coverage to meet quality standards
- Able to create offline program including paint path creation, paint path optimization, paint process parameters optimization to achieve product quality
- Perform analysis and feasibility studies for new parts for robotic operations
- Good knowledge of Painting application and processes
- Ability to manage project without guideline and provide solutions
- Good in English communication
