About the role
Position: RN Weekender - Cardiac Neuro ICU
Location: Naperville, IL
Hours: 7:00pm-7:30am night shift
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care per state and hospital policies, employing critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, delegate tasks, and collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of RN critical care experience
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor's required within five years if only an Associate Degree
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)
- ACLS certification within six months of start
Skills: Critical thinking, patient assessment, delegation, teamwork, adherence to regulations
Compensation & Benefits: $36.00-$55.80/hour based on experience, $10,000 sign-on bonus, premium pay, career development, health/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, free parking, wellness programs, retirement options, PTO, and holiday pay.
