Position:
RN Weekender - Cardiac Neuro ICU
Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care following hospital policies and the Illinois Nurse Practice Act. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, delegate tasks, and collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Nursing preferred; minimum of 5 years critical care RN experience required. Must hold a current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and obtain ACLS within six months.
Skills:
Critical thinking, patient assessment, delegation, teamwork.
