Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.

- Implement interventions to meet patient outcomes and document progress systematically.
- Adjust care plans as needed based on patient condition changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including patient charts and event reports.
- Demonstrate professional accountability, seek resources, and pursue self-development.
- Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment, perform bedside lab testing, and maintain quality control.
- Promote evidence-based practice and share clinical knowledge with team members.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, prioritize tasks, and utilize team resources effectively.
- Communicate clearly, provide goal-focused shift reports, and advocate for patients when necessary.
- Assess patient and family education needs, adapting teaching strategies based on individual factors.
- Participate in data collection, process improvement, and quality initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, BLS certification, and a nursing diploma are required. The role demands strong clinical assessment, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and evidence-based practice.
