Role: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Ortho
Responsibilities: Provide patient care via inbound/outbound phone calls, assess caller needs, offer patient education, manage continuous Glucose Monitor placement and testing, handle insurance pre-authorizations and referrals, and maintain exam rooms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Office RN and BSN preferred
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, able to handle high-stress situations
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs., and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
Key Duties: Conduct triage, educate patients, manage clinical tasks, and support operational needs with flexibility for travel and varied hours.
