Responsibilities
- Assess patient status and develop individualized care plans collaboratively.
- Implement interventions to achieve expected outcomes, evaluate progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Complete accurate documentation and demonstrate professional accountability.
- Operate and troubleshoot clinical equipment; perform bedside lab testing and quality control.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, utilize resources, and prioritize patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, advocate for patients, and provide shift reports.
- Assess learning needs, adapt patient education to cultural and developmental factors, and ensure safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and process enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
- College diploma in Nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, safety protocols, and patient education.
