Complete Care at Hales Corners is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Nurse Shift Supervisor !
What You’ll Do
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care
- Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians
- Supervise medication administration and other nursing services
- Conduct nursing rounds and monitor resident progress
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Educate staff, residents, and families
- Support the nursing team and assist with facility operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active Wisconsin RN license
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting required
- Inpatient, palliative care, and staff-management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer and documentation skills
