About the role
Join a dedicated nursing team providing complex patient care in a stepdown setting. Responsibilities Include
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing holistic care plans.
- Analyzing data to determine diagnoses and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to set outcomes.
- Implementing care strategies, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Evaluating progress, maintaining current knowledge, and applying evidence-based practices.
- Communicating effectively and promoting a safe environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Current RN licensure in the respective state with required certifications such as BLS and ALS or equivalent.
- Additional certifications like PALS, ENPC, or TNCC preferred, depending on location.
- No prior experience necessary.
Physical And Professional Requirements Include
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and data entry.
- Use of vision, hearing, smell, and physical dexterity.
- Ability to lift or move patients occasionally.
Role Details
- Full-time night shift with every third weekend.
