About the RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Role:
As a RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager with our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while overseeing the daily operations of unit with skilled and long term care residents. Your expertise will ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. Your duties will include:
- Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, monitoring and evaluating the physical and emotional needs of our residents, and developing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Operations: Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Communication: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and overall care delivery.
RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Requirements:
- RN License: Active RN license in the state of Florida with no restrictions.
- Minimum Experience: Prior experience in a similar role required.
