Position Details:
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
- Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Job Type: Part Time
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Schedule: Day Shift
- Every Other Weekend (E/O Weekend) required
Requirements:
- Active NY RN License
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience required
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Pediatric experience or strong acute care experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to manage staff while ensuring high-quality patient care
