Job Summary: Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey. About the Role: Licensed Practical Nurse
As a Registered Nurse with Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitoring patient progress, identifying potential complications, and adjusting care plans as needed
- Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
Responsibilities as an RN: Licensed Practical Nurse
- Conduct initial patient assessments, identifying medical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient goals and outcomes
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practice development and program evaluation
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
- Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
