Role: RN Rapid Response Nurse
Responsibilities
- Respond to clinical emergencies and rapidly assess deteriorating patients.
- Initiate evidence-based interventions to stabilize patients.
- Coordinate care with physicians, ICU teams, and bedside staff.
- Provide expert clinical judgment and support early recognition of patient decline.
- Educate staff on rapid response protocols.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in emergency response or critical care nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety, continuous learning, and professional development.
