Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. Position Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive exceptional, individualized treatment. You will lead the clinical team, support CNAs and LPNs, and play a key role in maintaining a safe and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise direct patient care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members
- Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies
- Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- CPR certification required
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in long-term care or rehab
- Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
