Setting: Outpatient pediatric nephrology clinic (not dialysis)
About The Role Seeking an RN for an outpatient Renal (Nephrology) Clinic, providing clinic-based care - assessments, care coordination, education, and provider support - for pediatric nephrology patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver developmentally appropriate clinical and psychosocial care
- Plan and monitor patient care per policy and protocol
- Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Work under physician guidance; assist with patient/staff education
Requirements
- Active VA RN license (or Compact State license)
- Recent, direct pediatric experience required
- 3-5 years clinical experience preferred; renal/nephrology a plus
- BSN/MSN/NP or relevant certification preferred
- CPR certification
Highlights Mon-Fri schedule, no weekends
13-week contract, extension possible
