Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to professional development and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
