Our client is currently seeking a Travel Registered Nurse- Medical/Surgical Unit: Medical Surgical – Med Surg/Telemetry *Schedule
- Night Shift (7p–7a) | 36 hours per week* Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care while utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring positive patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong clinical professional with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective patient care using the nursing process.
- Assess patient and family educational needs and provide appropriate teaching.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Delegate and manage nursing resources effectively.
- Monitor patient outcomes and promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Support patient satisfaction and uphold professional nursing standards.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong Med Surg/Telemetry clinical knowledge
- Proficiency with EMR systems and computer applications
