The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in the assigned unit.
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensuring medical records are accurate and compliant with standards.
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Include
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
