Position: RN - Medical ICU, located in Naperville, IL.
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care adhering to state nursing laws and hospital policies. Utilize critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of the healthcare team to achieve unit goals. Responsibilities may vary by shift or unit.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Minimum 2 years of RN critical care experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or must be obtained within five years if only an associate degree
- CPR certification from American Heart Association
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
