Position Summary:
Comfort Keepers Home Care in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an In Home Health caregiver. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires excellent clinical skills, communication abilities, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medication and provide skilled nursing care
- Educate clients and their families on best practices for disease management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Reliable transportation
