Position Overview: A part-time RN role in a high-energy 32-bed ICU Step Down unit, specializing in neurological, medical, and surgical patients, including stroke care.
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring advanced care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, utilize advanced technology, and support innovative care models.
Qualifications
- Accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred, ADN acceptable)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
Skills & Attributes: Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a positive outlook. Be collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent patient care and advocating for patients' needs.
