Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license in Ohio, prior hospice or home health experience, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include CPR certification and over one year of clinical experience. Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius is essential.
Additional Details: The position involves rotating schedules, scheduled visits, and admissions based on patient needs. Compensation ranges from $74,560 to $111,840 annually, with benefits including health coverage, incentives, and retirement plans.
