The RN CVOR handles high call volume and stressful situations effectively, utilizing advanced skills in hybrid CV suite operations and specialized instrumentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and CVOR experience. Education includes at least an associate degree; a Bachelor's degree or BSN is preferred. Must possess expertise in open-heart surgery, cardiovascular procedures, and equipment manipulation, with strong critical thinking skills. Ability to work flexible schedules and handle demanding workloads is essential.
