About the role
Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities: Maintain standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing care within organizational policies. Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in a team setting.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience & Certifications: No experience required; new graduates are eligible. Must hold a valid RN license and BCLS certification. Additional certifications may be required based on specialty, such as ACLS, PALS, or chemotherapy certification. Relevant experience in hospital settings is preferred.
