Join a dedicated nursing team as a Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive patient care during hospital stays. Key Responsibilities Include

• Performing comprehensive assessments and reassessments tailored to patient age and condition.
• Developing and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessment data, diagnoses, and physician orders.

Qualifications And Skills
