Role: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies, employ critical thinking to assess patient conditions, document observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate with team members to meet unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing preferred; at least 1 year of inpatient RN experience required; Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification; ACLS within one year of hire.
Key Duties: Monitor patient progress, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, and function as part of a team.
