The role is based in the Cardiac Progressive Care unit and involves 12-hour night shifts .
Qualifications include a nursing degree (ASN, Diploma, or BSN) , current RN licensure, and BLS certification or completion within 30 days. Physical demands include lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and mobility tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
Incentives for experienced RNs include a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 , no contract requirement , and bridging programs for BSN and MSN degrees (up to $16,000 each).
New RNs may receive up to $7,500 sign-on bonus and loan forgiveness programs.
