Job Purpose
Drive business development to forge new relationships and grow existing ones in designated market segments and geography.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
Grow the portfolio and revenue stream.
Nurture existing relationships to generate business.
Acquire new relationships and meet targets.
Business Development
Identify potential customers.
Acquire accounts and maximize wallet share.
Credit Appraisal and Monitoring
Understand client credit requirements and prepare CAMs.
Ensure timely disbursement and maintain credit quality.
Gather market intelligence and interact with clients.
Audit and Compliance
Ensure compliance with bank, RBI, FMC, SEBI, and other guidelines.
Value Chain Liability
Tap supply chains of promoters, directors, vendors, and clients.
Work on both asset and liability business opportunities.
Education:
Graduate; Postgraduate preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional).
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product and process knowledge, communication, planning and organizing skills, knowledge of competition and financial industry trends.
Major Stakeholders
Customers, Credit & Market Risk, Branch Banking Team, Operations, Treasury, Investment Banking, and Product Teams.
